Continental Consulting Engineers, Inc. provided the Site and Civil Engineering and ancillary services on this fifty-three acre retail and office center. The development of Rosana Square has occurred in several distinct phases with the retail shopping center being the first to be completed. It was followed by various buildings:
Out Parcels, the Cinemark Theater, and an office building for the Internal Revenue Service. Specific services provided by Continental include the following:

Site Engineering: Design of site infrastructure including coordination and layout of buildings and parking; Sanitary sewer layout and design; Storm sewer design to convey both local and offsite drainage; Box culvert design to convey storm drainage offsite and underneath a major collector street and highway; Pavement design for projected traffic loading; Design of truck docking facility; Design of 20' high retaining wall to maximize the available development property
Public Street Improvements: Widening of major collector street to incorporate necessary turning movements into and out of development; Traffic control in construction work zone; Traffic signal design to coordinate movement of traffic and pedestrians
Highway Improvements: Widening of U.S. 169 Highway to facilitate necessary turning movements into development and out of development; Traffic control in construction work zone
