- Lighting for Roadways and Parking
- Design of Roadway Lighting leading to the Casino including M210 Highway, Station Drive, Birmingham Road and Randolph Road. Lighting of portions of the facility interior to the property was also designed by Continental
- Highway Widening
- Design of all Highway Improvements including Intersection Improvements with Traffic Signals and Turn Lanes and the Planned Overall Widening to Divided Four-Lane with Two New Bridges

- Design of Station Drive and M210 Highway and Rehabilitation of Birmingham and Randolph Roads requiring permitting through the Cities of Kansas City, Missouri; Randolph, Missouri; and the Missouri State Highway Department
- Utility Layout and Design
- Overall Coordination of Utility Layout and Design for Storm Drainage Piping, Water Main Extension, Sanitary Sewer, and Electrical Duct Bank. Coordination to prevent Utility Line Crossing Conflicts for Cooling Lines, Telephone/Communications and Gas Service Lines

- Our Electrical Engineering Personnel have performed an Energy Audit of the Operating Facility that reduced the Annual Utility Bills by 8%
